Family membership applies to a family composed of two adults and dependent children under the age of 18, all living at the same address. An individual aged 18 and over is considered an adult and must take out an individual membership. The insurance will not cover in case of false declaration. In other words, the family membership applies to a family composed of 2 or more people residing at the same address (maximum, 2 adults).
