Merchandise

Merchandise such as notebooks, t-shirts and hoodies are non-refundable unless received in damaged or defective condition.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them.  If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at lecef2008@gmail.com and send your item to PO Box 1022, Saint-Lazare, QC, J7T 2Z7, Canada.

We will do our best to process your exchange as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on where you live, and we cannot guarantee how long it will take for your exchanged product to reach you.

Memberships

As per the Charter of the Club Équestre Les Forestiers, membership fees are not refundable in whole or in part.
